Work in Progress Portfolio: Further Edit

Current edit for my Work in Progress Portfolio for Fragile.

These images have not changed since my previous edit, but the sequencing of them has. My decision was based on how the images sat next to each other in terms of colour, composition, subject and technique, with the macro and still life shots coming last. Showing the transition and progress of the work over the module.

I feel these 12 images portray my intent the strongest, whilst also showing a progress through the module exploring themes, metaphor, emotion as well as capturing the unseen and hidden, shadowing the unseen and hidden feelings, pain and vulnerabilities I feel and any of us as individuals may feel in our lives.

I believe these images resonate well with the 12 words; Slowly, Careful, Anxious, Anticipation, Cautious, Pain, Tension, Frustration, Awareness, Delicate, Relief and Fragile. Each one connecting to each image, which the viewer can connect themselves and each person will have their own choices and connections. For me, each image represents these words, anchoring the intent and story behind it.
